Attic window repair completed to a reasonable standard. Additional work quoted for pointing coping stones and coating of lead appeared overpriced. I paid promptly but still haven’t received the written invoice / receipt requested.

Tom came and looked at the job promptly and carried out the work on the day .He also looked at a roof problem we had clearly explained what repairs were required and came back and did them two days later. Tom is very friendly and always came at the time he said he would. I will have no hesitation to use him again if required.
