Scott gave us a quick competitive quote and advice. New worcester Greenstar combi , wireless programmer and 3 replacement rads installed in a day as promised. Clive, Nathan and lloyd worked hard installing, good set of lads. Old back boiler /fire and cylinder removed. Scott was prompt, courteous and knowledgeable. The quotes for various options were reasonable. In addition to the boiler replacement and central heating system work, he supplied and fitted a sink and worktop in the Utility Room with a good finish. He completed the job on schedule as agreed. Scott is a lovely man and works hard to do a very good job. He is approachable and give useful advice and ideas. I would employ him again. He put a new boiler in, removing a water tank and fitted thermostatic valves to all my radiators. His team worked well on this and did a good and fast job. He also fitted a new shower room which ended up looking great but unfortunately it took too long to complete and mistakes were made by his team which Scott corrected as soon as he was aware of them.
