We requested a simple gas check and certificate. Unfortunately, Saad found a problem and had to turn the gas off to make it safe. This was Friday afternoon, so we were not too happy about our tenants being without a gas stove over the weekend, but he came out first thing on Saturday to sort the problem out, turn the gas back on and give us a certificate. Our tenants were happy with the the work he did and we were happy with his prompt service.

The job was the removal and replacement of a combi boiler. It was a challenging job due to the location of the boiler but Saad completed the work perfectly. What a pleasure to deal with somebody who is honest. There were additional parts to purchase which he did, and presented me with the invoice (no extra charge). At the end of the day, the work area was clean and tidy. Excellent work. I thoroughly recommend Saad as he is professional, thorough and quotes excellent rates.
