Saad first came to assess the job, and estimated it would take about 4 hours as it wasn't a straight-forward installation. His quote was most competitive (i've had 3 others). He came on the agreed day with the material, and explained what he was doing at each step of the process. He was polite and knowledgeable. He completed the job, tested the heating system and only left after he made sure it's all working fine. Job well done. I will definitely ask for his help again with any plumbing or heating works, but hopefully not anytime soon :)

Very communicative and prompt. Changed a kitchen tap and serviced our gas boiler. Seems to be a trusted guy and I will be using him again.

Saad has a very "let's get this done!" attitude. He's like a whirlwind working out solutions as to when he can get it all done. At the same time he will also say "take some time to think about it" if you seem unsure so he is not pushy. He was bang on time, did the work in the time frame he proposed and everything seems to be working fine! He was also very clean. He solved everything within 2 days of me contacting him. As this was my boiler I was very grateful.
