Explained what needed doing and got on straight away and did both the leaks I had asked him to repair. Found him a very helpful man very polite and friendly man , would not hesitate to have him do work for me again and found what he charged very fair.Would recommend him to anyone well done thank you again. He gets 10/10 on price, competence, pleasant personality, quick, tidy etc. etc. We are so glad we found him. He returned the following day with a replacement control box which he fitted and now the system is working perfectly ! I can highly recommend Steve to anyone looking for a plumber/heating engineer. He communicated with me throughout the process, arrived when he said he would and just got on with the job, whilst also being friendly and professional. I have had the services of heating engineers in the past that are competent, but the reliability factor was lacking; this is a great plus when working with Steve. To my recollection, this customer postponed the job due to close relatives illness and it was left in her hands to get back to me to rearrange suitable dates. As she never contacted me I assumed that her circumstances had changed or she had decided not to proceed with the work. As I am not in the habit of “pestering” customers I left it in her hands. I feel that this negative feedback is NOT justified as I never did any work for this customer and it is over 5 MONTHS ago that I gave my estimate and have had no contact with her since! So cannot understand why she has posted negative feedback at this late stage? S M Cox Plumbing&heating Services
