William was the only tradesman to respond to my job as it wasn’t a particularly attractive prospect. However, he came to assess the job straight away and started a week later. It was a long drawn out process finding the leak but William and his lads kept coming back until it was eventually sorted and did a very good job of it.

Gave proffdesional advise very knowledgeable.

Bill from S&B clearly explained the work involved, the costs, and talked me through the gas check readings. He and his son were very approachable and polite. Job well done.

William did quote for gas connection & did the work he offered to fit my new kitchen units !!!! Quoted price Arrived late Took 7 hours to cut 3 x work tops !!! Cut work tops in my kitchen WHAT A MESS ( used excuse not like to cut outside in case they get damaged ) Joins don't meet leaving gaps Cut round kitchen sink leaving un even Bought a work mate who just stood around All both did was chat then he had the cheek to charge me an extra £80 as said had a job fitting REALLY !!!! WARNING TO ALL DO NOT USE RIP OFF& LEFT KITCHEN IN A MESS I could done better myself

Alough I requested my back boiler to be changed to a combi boiler and that I also wished to have a bedroom converted to a bathroom both jobs are being done by S&B Maintainamce. I am more than pleased with the Combi boiler which is an Ideal Vogue 32 Gen2. Bill has done an excellent job and has willingly answered all my questions to my satisfaction. Gary whom Bill is training is a willing worker and can be left to work on his own and get on with the job. At the time of writing this review Bill and Gary are busy fitting the bathroom and I will complete my full review on completion. Joe Charlton
