Had my annual boiler service, which I have yearly to meet insurance requirements. Although I was told what had been done, I was naive to what a boiler service must include to be valid and so did not question this. Recently my boiler broke (nothing to do with the tradesman). On dealing with my I insurance company for this problem, I learnt that the service I paid for did not come close to meeting standard requirements, so my insurance was rendered invalid. Thus I paid £70 for nothing and still had to get another boiler service, so not happy at all.Answer from tradesperson:
I have this Boiler a check with the gas analyser all the reading were perfect check everything else that you do on a service But you don’t mend what’s not broken

Top job done by Bill and Gary. Quick response to my job advert. Charged the price quoted and disposed of my old fire unit too which was very helpful and saved me a job. Friendly guys and gave me some good advice on how to use the new fire more efficiently. Would not hesitate to use them again for another job. Crook in my opinion. Not sure if a boiler service should just consist of solely a boiler reading but thats all i got for £65 and 2 -3 minutes later. He spend 20 minutes telling me about a problem with the boiler which im not convinced by although i gave him the benefit of the doubt as he was going to come back and rectify but, 10 days later and after numerous messages he's still not responded - was quick to reply for the job.Answer from tradesperson:
We were very very busy and this customer got forgotten which was my fault Am very sorry
