    Repair of gas fire

    Fabulous... Can't recommend Bill (S & B Property Maintenance) enough. Within 30 min's of arriving they had my gas fire back up and running. No jacking up the price with extra parts, they "just" fixed the bit that was damaged. Clean, tidy, and good chaps.

    Bolier Service Needed

    Upcoming Project & Ad-Hoc work

    This guy never turned up, or gave me warning he wasn't coming. He read my text but didn't reply. It is rather frustrating rearranging your plans to be in for a plumber for him to not turn up.

    I did turn up but you were not in, and if I have wasted my time I don’t call a second time

    Low hot water pressure in tenanted property.
