I found that Ross was very helpful. He turned up when he said he would and communicated easily and well. He worked to my schedule and did the job very quickly in a professional tidy manner. I was very pleased with him. When I need an electrician - I will be ringing him.

Ross came amazingly quickly having purchased the required lamp. He installed it efficiently and was very pleasant. The price was very reasonable.

Ross arrived at the time we agreed and got down to the job. He is personable and competent. He identified the problem (the dimmer switch) and got a replacement, returned and replaced the faulty item. I am well pleased and will use Ross again when the need arises.

Top lad quick clean reliable

On time, on price! Can’t fault Riss at all. Worked with me through a rebuild & rewire situation, was hugely flexible about when & where he could come in, can’t ask for more. Had a minor snagging job after and he came round every night for a week whilst we were on holiday to keep testing until he found the source of the problem (previous electrics works, not his), & to endure our freezer didn’t defrost! Would use again 👍
