I'd just like to start by saying that Fraser really is the mythical and extremely elusive highly skilled tradesman and you need look no further if he is quoting on your job. I have hired a lot of so called tradesmen over the last year with very mixed results and Fraser is one of the few saving graces of the building trade. This job gathered a lot of interest but he was one of the only ones to actually come and inspect the job first, which is always a good idea in my experience. Upon arriving he promptly told me that he could do a far better job than next door. At the time I wondered if that was part of his sales pitch, but as he was a likeable chap, his quote was competitive and he had good reviews, I thought what the heck and booked him. I needn't have worried, as it does look better than next door and plenty of people in the trade have since commented on the standard of his work when visiting. Like many others I place quite a bit of trust in these reviews when hiring, as you often have nothing else to go on. With some tradesmen, even if they are competent at what they do, they seem to cut corners and come up short on what you hoped for. I want a tradesman to work on my house to the standard that they would work on their own and that is what you get with Fraser.

A small job but it was completed efficiently and on time and at a reasonable price. I would happily use Frase again for a larger job.

Fraser took care to look at all angles of the job and made suggestions that no other tradesmen made. He did an excellent job and left the place cleaner than anyone has ever done with jobs like this in my house - this involved removing and applying plaster so that's saying a lot. Thanks Fraser, I wouldn't hesitate to use your services another time.

Fraser replaced our flat roof including fascia and gutters, replaced broken tiles and added two vent tiles. We are very happy with the work carried out and will definitely ask Fraser if we need any more work in the future.

I'd just like to start by saying that Fraser is a really nice guy who is very hard working. Fraser came out to survey the work that I had requested before quoting, which I think is really professional and important; I like to meet the people who would be working on my property before hiring them. We arranged a time that would be convenient, to which and he arrived punctually, again something that I think is important. Fraser listened to what I wanted doing and didn't try and lead me or pressure me into getting something done that I didn't need, he provided me with an excellent quote within a few minutes and we hired him straight away. Fraser called the day before he was to start work to make sure everything was ok and to let us know what time he would be arriving. Again, he arrived at the agreed time. Fraser worked extremely hard throughout the day, and completed all the work to exemplary standard, he truly does know his trade and is very critical of his work; he likes to make sure everything is done to the very highest standard. I would have no hesitations in hiring Fraser again, or recommending him to other MyBuilder users, trust me when I say you won't find a nicer more professional tradesman. He should be very proud of what he has accomplished and I wish him the best for the future.

Excellent Service, I am glad to say I hired Fraser from this site to clear out and repair the guttering around my house, I found Fraser extremly polite and knowledgeable, and although the guttering around my property is very high and difficult to get to in places he completed the work very much to my total satisfaction. I chose Fraser Corrigan as he seemed to be the only builder who contacted me on here that could be bothered to come and fully inspect the job and quote me accurately before the work was started. Some builders wanted to patch over the existing rotting wood soffits and fascias but Fraser and his team stripped it all back and fully sealed it and put an eaves protector in and also converted my square guttering to fit with the neighbour's round guttering either side. The whole job was done in a day and they cleaned up beautifully after themselves. I would definately recommend Roofline Installations and use them again.

After talking over the phone Fraser came out to give me a quote to renew my gutters and facia. He brought pictures of previous work carried out, was considerably cheaper than my previous quotes, and above all a well mannered and polite man. He came on time and even worked over in order to get all work complete in a day. He did a great job and left all areas of work tidy! Would highly recommend 5*
