Ben renewed my garage roof mid June 2011. I chose a fibreglass roof solution which in the weeks since has kept my garage entirely dry. Ben also replaced the fascia and guttering and this has coped well in the wet weather we have had. Ben was knowledgeable about his range of products and provided detailed written quotes for all proposed work. He and his colleague turned up when they said they would which was great. I would recommend him to other people.

My gutter was blocked and when it rained water was flowing down the side of the building. Ben clean out my gutter and also fitted mesh over the gutter to stop leaves blocking the gutter in future. He kept me informed of what needed doing and what he had done. I was very pleased with his work. Thank you Ben.

Ben was great. He offered advice on how to resolve the issues and got the job done. Very tidy and prompt, would highly recommend.

Quick and efficient. Cleaned the gutters and disposed of the rubbish. Was able to give us a quote for future work that he will be undertaking.

Ben is a trustworthy guy who did a great job. He was very clear about what need doing, and what didn't. He came up with a good price, and timetable for the work. Despite gale force winds, heavy rain and freezing cold, he still managed to finish the work quickly, and worked through his birthday to do so. He also did a couple of extra jobs (repointing and taking down a for sale sign) without hesitation and at no extra charge. Thanks, Ben!

Ben was very dilligent and is clearly as honest roofer. He replaced a number of tiles very quickly that were leaking and causing a real problem in a bedroom. Recommended Tony

Ben turned up very promptly at the agreed time to initially examine the roof, explained what the problem was in a way that I could understand and gave a very reasonable written quote in good time. Having "booked" him for the following week he again turned up exactly on time, and did a great job very cleanly. He respected my home (took his shoes off every time he went up and down the stairs without being asked) and was very polite and friendly. His work comes guaranteed and he was at great pains to emphasise before he left that if there were any problems to call him and he would come back, no charge. Reliable and with integrity, he even spotted something with the guttering and pointing that could become a future problem and fixed it at no extra cost. After the last joker we had in, who had the most extensive line in excuses I have ever heard, I cannot recommend Ben highly enough. Hire him.

Ben was very punctual, advised me of the correct works required to fix the problem (much smaller job than I originally anticipated) and completed the work on time to budget. He was very helpful, easily contactable and I would hire him again in the future.

Ben turned up when he said he would to assess the job, got back to me really quickly with a quote and turned up when he said he would to do the job. He was reliable and honest and the price was very reasonable. Would definitely use Ben again and will keep his details and recommend him if anyone I know in my area needs a competent and efficient roofer.
