We had a leak and he instantly knew what the problem was (it was to do with the roof) and a couple of days later he came round and did a brilliant job. Review left on 24 Oct 2015Rating: 1 out of 5fibre glass 2 small balconies(Updated on 28 Feb 2019)Mr Donaldson cancelled the job he had agreed 3 times with different excuses: 1-van broken and had to buy a new van 2-forgot phone in a cab the night before job was due to start after a night out having drinks with his mates- job was due to start at 9am and he contacted me at 1530pm to cancel the job 3- one of his workers was not available fro job- cancelled job in the morning job was due to start Mr Donaldson always informed me at the last minute and wasted lots of my times. Very reliable, very communicative, very prompt and very reasonable cost-wise. I really appreciate the fact he takes "before and after" photos of what he has done, as given where it is, you'd never know otherwise. Will not hesitate to use again.
