Quick and very communicative. Happy with the result

On time, on budget. Very professional 👏

Wesley is very efficient at responding to the point at which he secures the work. Once the work is completed however he ignores any further correspondence. In order to secure the work he promised to send a 2 year warranty once completed and payment received. The work was completed efficiently and Wesley was very quick to chase payment which was made within 2 days. Following this however the warranty has not been sent and Wesley is no longer responding to any messages. In addition I feel that I was over-charged for the work completed. As it was for roof repairs it is impossible to assess the quality of the work. However for less than one hour's work £550 does seem excessive. This is the 2nd time I have used this tradesperson for the same issue but if it reoccurs I will look elsewhere

Good knowledge of roofing issues. Problem diagnosed with clear explanation and work carried out to a professional level. Clear videos of work that had been completed. Highly recommended.
