He let me down big time.I have no trust in him. If you give him a job then always get another roofer to look at his work before paying him.Answer from tradesperson:
Thank you for resolving with me , unfortunately after the roof was replaced using existing tiles and all in order as it should be you hired a company to jet wash your roof tiles with out informing us , which we advise against, the other company broke a few tiles and didn’t take any responsibility for this , we honour our warranty, work and always strive to offer the best possible service, unfortunately there are some companies out there with zero integrity . our reputation in business is through honesty and hard work and our projects we gain are from returning customers on the back of our high quality of work and word of mouth from our quality of work . We are glad all now is resolved and thank you for understanding and keeping communication with us to resolve
