Had our roof repaired with roof professionals. The visit was quick and simple - completed within 2 days of posting my job. Communication was clear right from the start. Very happy with service provided. *****

Wesley and his guys came to re-fix a small flat roof. Not a straight forward roof, but a roof atop a bay window which is like a small balcony. (They were not the ones who'd done the repair 2 years ago I hasten to add.) While they were here they also replaced a few broken bricks in the house wall and sorted out loose tiles on the roof. And they removed the dead vine stems from behind a drain pipe that we couldn't reach. Very pleased with the work, nice bunch of lads. I'd happily have work done by them again. They cleaned up after themselves too.

The overall repair was very thorough, in that they extended it up to the ridge (which they believed was likely to get disturbed anyway) and fitted a new patch of membrane under the tiles. But it was expensive and they cracked one tile and didn't return to replace it. The job included repointing the chimney and capping one flue inside it but we disagreed about which flue it was. This was resolved by the safe option of refitting the existing vent-caps on both flues when the old mortar was replaced.

Wesley's employee arrived on time. Did all what was needed, and more. Replaced batons, refelted and sorted gutters. Good job.

As a returning client of Wesley, turned up the very next day. Sorted within the afternoon. We had a tenanted property where a downpipe that was displaced, 4 slates that needed realignment and even empties our gutters as well. Absolutely fantastic turn around and would happily have the team back again!
