Wayne replied quickly to my post and was very polite and helpful on the phone. He went the very next day to review the scope of work and gave me a competitive quote. I explained i had other tradesmen from this website also going, and he was understanding of this. I accepted his quote and we agreed a day for him to go. I asked him to also look at some other property maintenace which he agreed to do. However this was not done as he came a day earlier and completed the works on the roof. I will need to call another maintenance firm for the outstanding work, however for the roof only time will tell if the work completed is up to standard and no more leaks to show for it. Many thanks for the swift response.

Job completed quickly and Ollie made sure other tiles were secure. Good communication throughout. Not the cheapest but I'm happy. Thank you.

Quick response; helpful staff who went out of their way to be helpful and neat work. They expect their invoice to be paid the same day the work is finished.
