This job was quoted at a good price and promised to take 4-6 days - it ended up taking 5 weeks! There were lots of issues along the way, some of them unavoidable, but the part time nature of the original roofing team was the main issue. The two guys who came to do the guttering, fascias and soffits were brilliant and one of them, Tony, then worked with Jake to correct and complete the roof. Once these two arrived on the job, they cracked on and finished the work to a good standard - a definite improvement on the first team and really nice blokes. Jake clearly knew what he was doing and set about putting right lots of the previous work and making sure that the job was done properly, while Tony made sure that the whole site was left in a clean condition - he could not have been more helpful. Would I use the company again? Definitely for the UPVC works, but if it's a tiled roofing job make sure that you ask for Jake and Tony. Wesley, the project manager, had his work cut out to ensure that the job was completed to a good standard and, despite the over run, he eventually ended up with a happy customer.

We are delighted with the work that Wesley and his team carried out. the response time from our initial enquiry to getting an agreed quote was excellent. The guys that did the actual work were very polite and hardworking and cleaned up after the works really well. Our only issue was around changes to the date of commencement, but notwithstanding that the work was completed in the week they said it would. so overall an excellent service and I will use them again in the future. many thanks Wesley.
