Great communication very professional , postponed work until later date, Wesley was very understanding and flexible to our situation.

I hired Wesley for our job as he had the most knowledge. He was the only person who actually got on a ladder to find out was causing the damp rather than just making an assumption. I received a quote for the work which we agreed on and Wesley and team arrived a week later to complete the job. Wesley and his team were very easy to talk to and polite. They explained what was happening and what they needed to do to get it fixed. Can I also point out that they worked on one of the coldest days and heavy snow but carried on until the job was finished.
