Extremely Disappointed with Poor Pigeon Grill Installation and Service I am writing to share my serious dissatisfaction with the company that installed pigeon grills at my property on 25th June for £650. They gave us a £50 discount for not delivering as per the original quote, but this does not make up for the ongoing problems. Since the installation, pigeons have continuously visited the site. We were told this would only happen for the first two weeks after the installation. However, the problem persisted, we provided video evidence showing that pigeons had found a way under the panels and had started nesting. We have repeatedly sent photos and videos proving the issue, but the company has missed several appointments and seems not interested in honoring their warranty. I strongly advise against using this company. They have failed to deliver on their promises. Paid 525 today to the new installer for rectifying the old job and fixing the new mesh as per the pics.

Good communication, the chaps that came to do the work were polite and happy to explain what they were doing. Too soon to tell if the problems have been fixed but I'm hopeful judging from the work that was done.
