My fathers roof was leaking and needed repairs. The house was built in the 1885 and therefore I needed someone who knew what they were doing. I picked Steve as he had really good reviews. He was very polite and fully explained what he needed to do. The quote came through quickly and was very reasonable for the amount of work needed to be done. Steve completed the job and has provided photographs of the before and after. Very efficient and a real craftsman as the job was in a difficult area dealing with tiles and roof structure that is very old. I would highly recommend Steve and would give him a 10 out of 10 for: trustworthiness skill, communications, value for money.

Steve was very clear on his intentions and took me step by step with in depth explanations as what should be done and what alternatives there were. He provided photographs of the work after the roofing job was done to give assurances which most roofers do not bother with. In addition he is an affable , approachable and hard worker as he did the job in the projected time scales. I would highly recommend Steve for roofing jobs and also assessing water leakages in general.

Steven was pleasant and hard working. The job was started and finished on time with the minimum of disruption and we were kept informed of progress throughout. His work was of a high standard and the site was left in a clean and orderly state. I will definitely use Roofcraft again in the future.

I cannot recommend Steven's services enough. He kept me informed at all times of what was happening, when he was coming over, what the options were - communication was absolutely great. He seems to have done a great job judging by the pictures he has sent me, although it has not rained yet, but I do believe the problem will have been sorted. He gave me a reasonable quote and got on with the job, being very persistant even when the weather had been absolutely rubbish. I will definitely use his services again.

Steven contacted us as requested and provided us with a quote. He kept me informed all the way along as to when he would be able to come and do the repair job. The Pandemic did cause delays but, again, Steven kept us informed. Once he was able to get the materials he came and did a fabulous job for us. He explained everything that he was doing, why he was doing it. He was very informative and reassuring. He is coming back to undertake further remedial work in a couple of months time. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Steven for any work that may need doing.

Steven was great to deal with from the start and very professional. He took plenty of photos before and after the work which was completed to a high standard. All his work is guaranteed as well. I will definitely use and recommend Steven again in the future without hesitation.

Steven is organised, skilled and conscientious towards his customers. He has done a very thorough job in assessing the causes of the damp in the wall and addressing them. I recommend him if you have a similar issue with your house.

Provided a written quote with everything it included clearly listed. Came and did the job when he said he would. Did a good job and took pictures and explained what he was doing as he went along. Very pleased with the work done and the cost of the work. I would happily recommend Steven to other people.
