Pete and Tony did an excellent job and I have hired them on several others since. I would recommend them to others.

Pete, Tony and team have done a great job updating my kitchen and downstairs loo. They (patiently!) listened to all my ideas and offered suggestions, managing to incorporate a few additional requests while the job was underway, also proactively fixing other issues whilst on-site. They turned up early, worked late (even on a Saturday to fit my worktops) and tidied after each day. The quality and quantity of work was great value for the price, which didn’t exceed the estimate (except for materials). Really pleased with the result and would happily recommend them to others.

I decided to get a quote from MBS Contractors after I read the good comments at My Builder website. When they came to visit my house for an estimation I saw how friendly they were and easy to communicate, that moment I made my mind for working with them. They have been working for my house renovation for about 8 weeks (plastering, painting, knocking down walls, all new bathroom, flooring). They started and finished on time. I am very happy with the work they have done. They always advised better choices both price-wise and quality-wise. Best thing about them is they consider the things which I can never think and they do what is required. I am very happy that I met them. What started out as a single bathroom job turned into 2, and we cannot be happier with the end result. Pete and Tony at MBS have done the most amazing job and we cannot recommend them highly enough. From start to finish the guys have been tremendous - helping us to decide the optimum layout for our bathroom & downstairs toilet re-furb; sourcing extra fixtures where needed; finding the solutions to unforeseen problems, were reliable turning up early & working full days every day... Before we started the process we felt a bit insecure hiring builders that we had never heard of before, but WOW, these guys totally know what they are doing, are super tidy (cleaning up after each day, are perfectionists to do the job properly, and I'm not sure there is anything they cannot do. We've really enjoyed the whole experience when actually, jobs like this can often be stressful and frustrating. We're so please with the end result that we find ourselves planning our next job with Pete, Tony & the Team. We had a very challenging bathroom refurb in an old house with a lot of unexpected work arising once the first tiles came off and highlighted the deteriorated state of the walls underneath. Tony and Peter took care of every aspect of the work that was needed to make a good job of the refurb which made our lives easy. The quality of the finished work (two WC's and a bathroom) is excellent and any snags where very quickly dealt with.

The guys turned up each day early and worked almost without a break through the days they were here. They cleaned up each day and never left even a bit of dust behind. The old house had very uneven walls so how they managed to line the tiles up was a major headache for them but they managed it. The bathroom was fitted in good time and looks amazing. The price was very good and when it was finished they made sure they cleaned up and checked everything worked fine. A great service from MBS and a really nice blokes to work with.

MBS contractors gave me a competitive quote which I accepted and a start date they kept. They priced for materials which was one less job for me. They turned up as promised as I was away and completed the job as agreed to a great standard, impressed as I was I got them to fit external guttering. My buy to let kitchen was transformed and I will be in touch as and when I need them.

Peter and Tony did a great job of putting a downstairs loo into my mum's garage. Their quote was very competitive and they seemed to be very thorough whilst preparing the estimate, coming up with extra suggestions which did not greatly affect the price. They worked long and hard to finish the job within the time frame, often in the cold and dark, and were very polite and courteous throughout. My mum had no hesitation in leaving them with a key so they could carry on if she was out. The finished result is just what she wanted and I would recommend them to anyone. Thanks Guys.

Peter and Tony's quote was the best given to us from the tradesmen we had in to quote. Very fair without trying to taking advantage. They arrived punctually and began work immediately after laying dust rugs where they'd be walking throughout the house. I found them very polite, friendly and professional. They worked over 3 days to complete the renovation of ensuite (which was the time estimated) which I am very pleased with the outcome. Their finish is second to none. Ensuring that all work is completed to an excellent finish. I requested that they use glitter grout to finish the tiling; which they hadn't done before but agreed to do it. Now the tiling around the shower enclosure and basin have an extra sparkle. Following completion they requested the vacuum to tidy up after themselves. Overall I am very pleased with their excellent standard of work, their professionalism and very reasonable quote. In fact I'm that satisfied with their work that I will be requesting future work for remedials throughout the house. I would highly recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys
