Robert was so helpful and a pleasure to deal with. He was the only technician that spent time trying to fix the problem. Others we called took one look at it and said they would need to fit another boiler for a fair sum of money. We did have to replace the boiler as it was 13 years old and had been neglected for some time. Robert found us another one and had it fitted and working within a week. We are so grateful for his good workmanship and attitude. We would have no problem recommending him. Thank you Robert.

Robert did a great job. He diagnosed the problem within 5 minutes of turning up and explained to me what he would need to do to fix it. He then provided me a quote on the spot. I was happy with the price and began his work. He was tidy and prompt. Would use again.

Excellent service and as stated in his description on the site, he really can fix most things. Helpful, knowledgable and reliable. Unusually Robert is qualified to attend oil appliances, plumbing and electrics so for an electric AGA he is the most useful contact I have found to date as he is a 'one stop' tradesman.
