Bad weather delayed the job but Rob was able to come out and repair my roof while I was at work. All done and looks good, he even took down an old aerial for me for no extra cost. Thanks again

What a lovely set of lads. Cheery and thoroughly trustful, they sized up the job with very good explanations of the problems. Only when I was then happy about the work did we discuss costs. The site keeps emailing me asking for feedback. Unfortunately, I am unable to say much, as I have not seen the work. I live many miles away. All I can say is that my tenants no longer have water coming in to the property. They reported a delay in starting the work, with the scaffolding up over three weekends. I was waiting to be able to go and view the work myself but I have not been able to go. Hence I am not really in a position to give further feedback than this. Robert was polite, professional and kept me up to date with the work, including the delays. I will comment on the work when I have seen it. Best wishes Robert.
