Although it seemed to take a long timeto get the job done (due tobad weather) Rob was always in communication with us and give us notice. he went out his way to get some vents especially made and matched with existing tiles. fine job, would definitely do business again.

The job was completed neatly and efficiently despite interruptions caused by bad weather. Rob identified further work which he recommended we have done at the same time. 2hours after they had finished the job we had a thunderstorm which washed away most of the mortar but Rob came back to redo this a few days later at no extra charge. We would definitely use this company again.

We have now employed RL Roofing for two jobs - fully tiling the house roof and fitting new guttering to the conservatory. The work was efficiently and neatly carried out, and small extra tasks were undertaken without comment or additional charge (e.g. pointing chimney), and the team were obliging, friendly and courteous. We would certainly recommend them to friends and acquaintances.

RL were hired after being let down by two others roofing firms, including one on this site (you know who you are!) after trying to get the job done since May. RL were quick to come and survey, turned up on the agreed day and did the job quickly and efficiently. They were professional and friendly and nothing was too muck trouble. If I have any future roofing/chimney work I will not mess about. I will go straight to RL via this site and I would advise others to do the same.

Communication between myself and Robert was very good, job completed when promised and to a high standard, it has not rained since I have had it fitted but feel confident it will do the required job. All rubbish removed and area left extremely clean. Have recommended to friends.
