Rob came and sorted the work out within 48hrs of me posting the request. Very efficient and polite and told me what he was going to do and then showed me the completed work. I asked if he would look at my elderly mums guttering as she lived nearby, which he did and sorted it out straight away. Rob was polite and professional from the outset. He dealt with our queries along the process and helped to set our mind at ease with some of the technical aspects. He organised for the third party scaffolder to speak with our neighbour who had some concerns about the set-up, which was appreciated. From first contact to finishing the job, Rob was friendly and helpful. I thought the job may have been too small (just simply reattaching my drainpipe) but I was treated as if it was a multi million pound job. Honest, reliable and extremely reasonably priced, I am now going to pass his details on to family who need work done.
