Rob came and fixed the leak, he fitted an additional down pipe to stop the overflow problem. He came on time and charged exactly what he had quoted, no talking the job up into something different. I only thought there was 2 tiles that was broke but they changed 8 and cleaned the gutter while they were up on the roof at no extra cost. Both Rob and Craig had a general inspection of some damp/water ingress concerns and made suitable suggestions. Would recommend using this company again!
