Prior to taking on the job, we messaged and talked on the phone and as arranged, Rob arrived promptly. He talked me through what he thought was the best way to tackle the issue which it was more than happy with. Rob was efficient and worked very quickly. Crucially he resolved the issues in a more than satisfactory way. Would definitely use again. Priced competitively too
