Colin spent a long time and was very thorough in searching for leaking pipes under my kitchen sink, no easy task in such a confined and dark space. He then investigated outside and made helpful suggestions as to the cause and remedies for the damp wall and floor. I was very pleased with the time and effort he put into helping me sort out this very worrying (and smelly) problem. Came hour earlier than planned, fixed toilet within 2 hours and charged £60 for service. Didn't need parts as we had purchased parts ourselves. Partner ended up helping out fixing toilet. Result is toilet working fine.Answer from tradesperson:
in reply to natural feedback I arrived 40min Early and ask customer if he would like me to wait in van until time, price was agreed before had a few days earlier. Not charge for any materials even though I used silicone and tap washer, customer was stood beside me when I had a rusty bolt to get out wit head turning as I was trying to undo from under system so ask if he would mind holholding screwdriver on it,when finish all working no leaks and customer was happy even gave me five pond tip, séance feedback reserved offered full refund client said no he was happy with job, so inconclusion not long more I can do, I value my feedback and was proud of it,so disappointed to have a natural.
