Such lovely friendly professional electrician, extremely efficient knowledgeable. Even tested all make no issues, then also checked cooker fully operational. Highly recommend and definitely use again.

Francis came to view my problem at a time which was convenient for me around my work commitments which is always a plus. He was friendly, thorough and very professional - wanting to make sure he had covered off every possible cause of the electrical issue before leaving. I got called morning and job confirmed to start at 1 pm and finished by 6pm today. completed my job few hours before perfectly with very reasonable and affordable price. Highly recommend Francis. I posted my job request and within an hour Francis responded and came on the same day (arriving on a Saturday at 6pm). He was very reasonably priced. He provided his proof of qualification when requested. The job took longer than expected but Francis was very professional, knowledgeable and friendly and didn't charge any extra than what was originally agreed and fully completed the job. I gave him more than the original quote as he deserved it. I would highly recommend Francis and would use him again should I need an electrician in the future.

Francis responded to my ad, and came around to my house within a couple of hours to do this job. I sent him pictures of the damaged sockets, so he came already prepared with all the materials. He was punctual, polite and professional. He completed the job quickly and for a reasonable price. I can definitely recommend him.

He was very clear on pricing at an early point too which I found helpful for a small but non urgent job. Francis was very flexible and had a clear focus on customer first. The job proved a little trickier than anticipated but Francis approached it in a positive manner explaining what needed to be done. He left the work area tidy and clean.
