Francis provided me with all the information I needed when buying the dimmer switch over the phone. He had great comms on when he could fit the dimmer and an hour before he arrived. He was very quick and efficient. Would recommend Francis and will use him again.

Francis came to my house today to repair 8 ceiling pendant lights. He did a really first rate job which I couldn't fault. His quote was very reasonable and fair for the time involved in the job. All I can say is that it's a pleasant surprise to find such a professional tradesman in London, who does exactly what they say they're going to do. Great job done by Francis. He quoted a very fair price and came around promptly. He identified the problem and fixed not only the issue but addressed the poor fitting of the light. Would highly recommend.
