Francis texted to say he was on his way before arriving at the agreed time. Francis also protected our polished timber floors a with a dust sheets keeping the mess to a minimum before removing our light fittings safely and efficiently and repaired a dimmer switch all with a minimum of fuss and inconvenience. Francis arrived quickly and on time, he completed the work on the same day, perfectly, with no fuss or mess, and his price was very reasonable. I am more than happy with the result and would not hesitate to recommend him. J. Cheeseman
