Francis was professional and courteous. Carried out the job quickly and without fuss. I would have no hesitation using the man again.

Francis came & to have a look at our electric towel rail, which has stopped working. He's a very polite & pleasant guy. In the end all he had to do was flick a switch. I felt very foolish, as it was something so simple. He charged me £80. It was a lesson learnt! I would use him again.
