A very professional, hardworking, friendly and knowledgeable engineer, who has exceeded my expectations. Following on from the EICR that he completed, he explained in great detail what jobs needed to be done, in order to be compliant. Suggestions for having more than one smoke alarm in the property was highly appreciated. All the jobs were completed the next day, and a detailed invoice along with the EICR certificate were sent to me the same day. The standard of work that has been done, has been completed to an exceptional level. You can see straight away that he takes a lot of pride in his work. He is organised and very tidy.
