Very competent, he got back to me within minutes since requesting the quote. The appointment was quickly fixed and he carried the work out within couple of days. I am very happy with the result and the way he helped me figure out the best and most convenient way of arranging the electrical fittings. He was also very helpful when I called him after the work was done for some help with additional information I needed. Highly recommend his services

Richard is very professional and does a good job, would most definitely hire him again.

He is polite and friendly. He doesn't ask for payment upfront. He invoices after the job is done but note that he is a good credit controller so be prepared to settle the payment as soon as you receive the invoice.

Richard was quick to come to the house and prompt in informing me of the faults and things that need fixing. I find him decently priced and very Friendly.

Fuse box neatly done next day, and very quickly. Unlike other traders I experienced, he had everything handy. All the other work had its challenges, particularly the Belgian crystal light switches which cannot be easily fitted in a traditional victorian house. I really felt sorry to see him struggling with these and if I was to do it again, I wouldn’t. I would just stick with the fuse box and avoid fancy light switches. He’s managed to fit them, we had some compromises and all in all, happy with the end result. Pleased to recommend Richard but if you’re planning to install touch lights and is not a new build, please let him know. I’m sure he won’t forget my house 😊
