    Install Dishwasher
    Excellent Job very resonable price. Rob finished the work on time. He was very helpful and even drove us to homebase to get the missing parts. Suggested good ideas on the installation. Highly recommended and will use next time. AP

    Plumber
    - I have been unfortunately let down by Rob. - He changed my bath, tiled 2 rows around the bath and put new taps. I paid him in full when he finished the job but he told me he will come back to give me a receipt and also finish a few loose ends that remained. - He kept letting me down and would not arrive. This happened more than 3-4 times even though on the phone he would promise. - A month after he finished the bath the flat downstairs was flooded. Unfortunately the tenants downstairs wee away on holiday so we didnt know that there was a leak from underneath the bath. I called Rob straight away and informed him that he needs to urgently come and see why its leaking and again he never showed up despite his promises. I have had to find and pay another plumber to fix the mistake under the bath. - I have again contacted Rob via messages to at least return my flat key but he will not reply. - I have had to pay a massive amount re the flat below being flooded but my plumber Rob is no where to be seen. :(((( - Its a pity we cant trust anyone. - I have thought long and hard and decided I have to report him unfortunately to Trading Standards. I am not a fool for someone to just take my money and not finish a job. Very very disappointed by RGK Maintenance.

    I returned the keys months ago, job kept escalating to more and more work for the same price but unfortunatly you cant please them all but i will accept your critcism and try to improve my business in everyway possible

    Gas Hob Connection

    Rob is a top bloke. Came and did the job for the price I had in mind. Will use again.

    gas safe plumber

    rob carried out the work we asked of him to a high standard and at a very competitive price, he even came round at short notice to fix another problem caused by myself. we will use him again recommended by terry bushell bushell and hall bespoke kitchens ltd

    leaking pipe in gas boiler
    Came an hour late. I was impressed he really did try to solve the problem, stayed until the problem was found. But did not fix it. Indeed, the leak became worse. My mistake was to give Rob the Cash up front (on account, he asked). Despite a promise to return to finish the job, we had two excuses about parts (not in;wrong parts), and two excuses about being poorly. My advice to everyone is to make sure you are invoiced, and pay only when the job is completed, don't pay up front like I did or you may not see him again! I am deeply disappointed, as at first meeting Rob seems a nice guy, At the end of the day, the problem is worse, and there is no sign of this being completed by Rob. Unfortunately the feedback comment is negative, which is a shame. However I only chose Rob because he seemed 100% reliable and this is false . My experience is that I now have a worse problem, and no sign of it being put right. Rob has avoided completion of this job at the last minute at least four times. He asked for money up front and issued a receipt, which I paid only because he seemed reliable. I have made four appointments with Rob which have all been cancelled at the very last minute which is annoying. My advice to readers: remember ... do not pay upfront! Get invoiced.

    customer was unavalibe on most of the appointments made so hence why we couldnt get back there tried getting a new part which was a struggle was paid £60 cash upfront as i spent 3-4 hours on first visit but customer expected me to supply the part and fit it and go backwards and forwards all for £60 crazy anyhow i will accept your critisism and try and improve my business any way possible

    Fix broken plastic plughole in kitchen sink

    Great work by Robb. Communication was good, Robb was prompt and did a brilliant job. Highly recommended.

    external soil pipe installed

    rob was very good,the job ended up being alot more involved than he first thought,but he just got on with it,and made an excelent job. rob was very curtious,quick,clean and punctual,would recommend to anybody.

    Recommission Boiler & CH System

    Very nice guy. Respectful of my property. Good quality job. He fully tested the CH system and only left after I said I was happy with the work. Highly recommended.

    Fit kitchen sink
    Robb was extremely polite. He was overrun with previous jobs, but kept me updated on time of arrival. The sink and tap were fitted perfectly- the wife is happy, so am I! As there were parts missing, Robb went out his way to buy extra bits in and did not charge me extra. The previous quotes received were in the late £100s, whereas Robb well under-cut the competition. I would happily recommend him and I have his card, so would certainly use him again. Nice guy, great job- thanks!

    Gas Boiler repair

    Prompt attendance at premises, quick diagnois, returned within 24 hours to repair. Job done, very satisfying to find a reliable trader.
