I hired Jake and Paul to replace my shower valve. Prior to hiring them i had received poor advice from other plumbing companies. They took time to advise me and understand the problem and kept me updated. My tenant had the following feedback on their work: "Polite, clear, time-efficient, thorough and careful when moving furniture / my things to access the pipework. I would recommend using them again if you ever needed". As a landlord not living in the UK i appreciated their professionalism, their fees for the job were reasonable and they were speedy in their communications. I would use them again and recommend them. Nice to finally find some professionals in London who care about doing a job properly.
