Jimmy initially provided a temporary cover for the roof on Christmas Eve to see us through the festive period (we just didn't have time to talk options at that point). After that, we worked out the best solution while supported by Jimmy, who did a great job identifying why the water damage was happening and then replacing the tiles on the roof (plus adding a new Velux style window). The whole job was delivered at a reasonable price and in good time. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Jimmy was prompt and very effective in the chimney roof leak we had. It is now 9 months since he did the job and all it still leak free. Thanks Jimmy

Unfortunatly due to staff illness they were unable to do the job so I am re posting

Jimmy quoted for the roof repair and agreed a date to start the job on the 10/11/22, i have already paid a deposit of £225.00 to secure the job being done on the 10/11/22, on the morning of the 10th i received a text to say he was ill and would not be able to start the job, we agreed for him to come and do the job on Saturday the 12/11/22, i received a text this morning to say he could not do the job on Saturday as his timings wasn't working, he will do Monday. I advised Jimmy that i can not keep changing my days around and that if he can't do Monday then to please return my deposit. He advised that he no longer wants the job he does not want malice, but did not advise a date when my deposit will be paid back. Totally unreliable do not employ or pay a deposit to this person. Save yourself the stress i am having.
