I received a phone call from Karl regarding having an 'Outdoor Tap' fitted. He gave me a quote which was very good and I booked the job in with him for this morning. He rang before he came to make sure it was convenient as he was available a bit earlier. When he came he was exactly as I imagined him to be because I really felt like I knew him as he was extremely pleasant and explained everything beforehand. We offered him a drink and he started cracking on with the job straight away. He was very efficient, pleasant, hardworking and although he said the job was a bit tricky when he'd completed it, he did an absolutely magnificent and professional job and we're extremely happy with it. Thank you so much for doing such a great job Karl...we will certainly be recommending you to any of our friends & family who may need a Plumber in the future.
