Excellent team of guys. Very polite and professional, had our kitchen extended taking down a supporting wall to increase the size. Their massonary skills are great and they were very knowledgable with all council regulations. Had 4 appointments with the council and on every occasion the council guy was impressed with the work being carried out. Past on every visit. Remus and his team were exceptional on every account. A few months later I had my decking done with a veranda and there was no question as to who I called. The price they quoted actually came to £500 under budget and they were honest enough to knock the price down without me even asking them. What they quote is the price you pay or less, depending on materials at the time. Great guys and we are so glad to have found them.

Remus did a good job on the ground works and general build of my extension, (these works were done by a couple of independent older guy's who he brought in who I could not fault as they worked in all weathers) but let himself down with his general team and the general internal finishing such as floor tiling, bi-fold door fitting etc, he also brings in independent electricians & plumbers where there was a lot of extra payments that were not agreed or spoken about, I suggest anyone who employs these builders hold back on final payments until the job is finished, there was a lot of snagging that they did not do because I had stupidly paid them in full and trusted they would keep to their word and finish the job, but unfortunately because they had all the money they have not bothered to come back or answer my calls / text or emails to finish of these works, which is very disappointing and I am now doing the snagging myself, I am still waiting 2 months later for my electrical certificate, the problem with these guy's is that when they near the end of the job they lose interest and move on to the next project that is paying them the money

Extremely satisfied with Remus and his team. Better than expected extension. All within building regulations. Very experienced team. Prompt start 8 am. Completed within budget. I will continue to use Remus if I need any further building work doing. I used Remus initially as he has positive reviews. Choose Remus for your extension needs honestly you will not be disappointed. Initial communication was ok, we were told plasterers would be with us after lunch and they arrived early. The two take care and put plenty of dust sheets down and they worked well and had the job finished in 3 1/2 hours. Any mess was cleared up before they went and the area was left tidy. Would recommend them to others

Remus and his team did a fabulous remodel and extension for us. They ripped out our horrid old, mouldy bathroom and kitchen. They then switched their positions so that the new bathroom is along the side return and our new extended kitchen opens out to the garden with large bi-folding doors. Their work is beautiful and they were very amenable to small suggestions we had along the way. Remus encouraged us to make sure that we were happy with the progress as we went along and they went to great pains to get everything right, even fixing work of previous cowboy contractors! Their first job for us was a garden renovation and this was their 4th project with us, I highly recommend Remus and his team.
