Russell was great. The job was done quickly and to an excellent standard. Would recommend to all. He contacted me quickly to quote even though it was Sunday. He realised the leak needed attention and came as quickly as possible and completed the work for a great price.

Fantastic tradesman! Not only did he turn up earlier than promised, however he promptly sorted and repaired within minutes. Very happy with the standard of work and would not hesitate to recommend.

Instructed RDS to fit a new bay window roof in fibreglass, with a new wider opening for water flow to escape. Although the actual work was of good quality, the hole for the water escape was just replicated and not done to instruction. This led to overflow and internal damage to the property. I gave Russell months to rectify, and despite many a broken promise - I ended up instructing another roofer to fix. The guarantee in this instance is not worth the paper it is written on.

Upon contacting Russ, he came to assess the roof and offered us comprehensive advice and options of how to proceed. After coming to an agreement, Russ started the job and completed all the work to the very highest of standards.
