Although Russ was delayed in starting the job due to a family incident, he kept me informed and completed the job the following Monday. Throughout, he was really accommodating and extremely pleasant to deal with, which counts for a lot. He replaced the flashing, which I knew had come away from the chimney stack, refitted a loose slate and repointed part of the stack where needed. Not only was the roof fixed, for a very reasonable price, but the leaky conservatory guttering was cleaned and resealed and the dilapidated door canopy removed free of charge. I definitely recommend him and will certainly ask him back to fit a new door canopy. Thank you very much Russ!
