Rae and his team worked really quickly and long hours to get this build done. Rae has done other work for me and is continuing to give his advice on other aspects of my whole-house renovation project which is brilliant.

We really cannot speak highly enough of Rae and the guys. We feel so lucky we found them as its made this whole process so much easier than it could have been. Where do I start? The speed at which they work is awe inspiring... 12 hour days, 7 day weeks if necessary. We were told 3 months by some builders, they did it in about 5 weeks. Then there is the attention to detail, and that’s not just in terms of the building work, but the process itself. What actually impressed us most was their willingness to go that extra mile to make the house habitable while the work was going on... lots of small thoughtful things, which really made the experience so much easier for us all. Really not what we expected. Finally there is the quality of their work... its second to none. They've made our dream a reality, and left us with a new kitchen which exceeds all our expectations. Seriously do not consider using anyone else. Very happy for you to contact me if you want a more personal reference.

Rae and his team have done a fantastic job fitting our new kitchen. Punctual, polite and professional thoughout the whole job and superb workmanship, especially on our Minerva worktops. Also great plumbing and electrical work completed in the kitchen for us. Would highly recommend Rae if you want a reliable kitchen fitter who shall deliver brilliant job.

I am well pleased with the insulation job and new radiator in our back bedroom. The plasterer worked until 8 pm to get finished and did a lovely job. The whole project was completed before estimated finish time, to a high standard and very reasonably priced. Thank you. This is the second time I have used this firm and will use again if required. the job was a complete renovation of my kitchen and bathroom, including tiling, fitting a new toilet and associated soil pipe and under ground drainage, kitchen units, new shower, kitchen units etc. The work was carried out on time, to a very good standard and the price quoted was very competitive. I therefore have no hesitattion in recommending Rae.

Absolutely first class in every way. I have written a full reference for Rae and on contact he can forward it to you. A pleasure to work with: first class workmanship; excellent customer service and fantastic aftercare. I'm running out of superlatives but Rae and his colleagues are worth it. In short cannot recommend them more thoroughly.

RCM Carpentry. Rae has just completed an excellent job for me knocking out internal walls and creating us a wonderful internal space, the job was quite involved with major steels etc to be installed, Rae came round to view the job and straight away installed us with confidence, he completed the job with his team to an excellent standard with no hassle, completing everything as promised, this is not the I first project I have taken on but it is the first one I have done that has run smoothly and for that I have Rae and his team to thank. I will defiantly be using RCM again and could highly recommend them.

Rae and his team were very helpful, good advice and job was done very quickly. Fitted fire door and kitchen, anything that was necessary - all good. Would recommend.

We asked Rae to do some outside jobs for us, re pointing, painting pebble dash, replace waste pipe, put slipped roof tiles back, re seal our conservatory as we had a leak, put 2 cowls on the chimney, while Rae was on the roof he noticed our chimney was unsafe he has agreed to come back and sort this out us. Rae, Phil and Dean were very professional, puntual, clean, polite and considerate. The pointing was a very messy job Rae even cleaned my daughters car for her. We are very pleased with the work they have carried for us and the clearing up after. We know when they come to do our chimney it will be done properly. We have also asked Rae for a quote to put in a new bathroom! We would like to say thank you all your hard work and it was a pleasure to make tea and bacon sandwiches! susan and terry

Rae completed a single storey side extension for us. The extension was delivered on time and on budget (not once did he come back asking for more money because of x,y or z), and we are extremely pleased with the highly polished result. The whole team are polite, friendly, highly experienced and very helpful. Rae himself was on site almost everyday and when he wasn't his extremely helpful foreman Phil was always able to help. The job was not straightforward due to a having to build over a public sewer but Rae helped us at every step of the way through planning and building control. He sent us pictures through the day enabling us to see the work as it progressed. We cannot recommend Rae highly enough for the whole job and his approach. We would definitely use him again. He was even considerate of our cat/pets to the extent of constructing a ramp for her to be able to use the cat flap when the floor level was too low. In summary never before have we had an experience with a builder that didn't result in overrun of time or money or a snagging list as long as my arm.
