Mark communicated very clearly and provided me with an accurate quote. He was very clear that he would only remove the stump not the shavings from the stump and I would need to do this myself. I appreciated him making me aware of this. He came and removed most of the stump in one day. He said he would return once the shavings had been moved away and he could get his machine in to remove the remaining roots and stump. I don’t know many tradesmen who come back after being paid. Mark came back and completed the job. I’m very happy with hiring Rapid Stump Removal. The name truly reflects their work and Mark did an amazing job. I would highly recommend him.
