Ashley was great, patient and explained the issues with my electrics. For those of us that are non-experts its always reassuring when someone explains the issues, solutions, breaks down the price etc. We are mid-job but Ashley agreed to come back and fit a down light in the living room (current light not working and fitting discontinued). Ashley took the time to call the wholesalers whilst he was with me and try to source a replacement. I would definitely recommend him to others and use him again for other jobs. Once the job is fully finished I will leave additional feedback however for now I'm very happy with the support and service he provided.

Ashley was able to provide a competitive quote very promptly and was able to complete all the various jobs required in the timescale we were looking for, including a complex job fitting a large pendant light over a stairway. On the day of the work, Ashley went out of his way to do some extra work that we had not realised would be required as part of one of the jobs. We are happy with the end result and really appreciate the extra effort Ashley went to to ensure we were happy and that the work could all be completed

100% Performance .... Excellent and very knowledgeable electrician, and one of the rare ones that act in your interest, not just theirs. Very helpful and friendly, and quite happy to work around your life. Also one of the cheaper quotes ... I had 6 quotes, and made the effort to fit me in soon. Also came to work ( fitting exterior power) on a wet/ snowy day ... instead of canceling as many would do!
