Job started in first week of March. New bathroom does look good. Various issues encountered. Most issues resolved, except a light fitting that is faulty. Asked Anthony to take a look at the issue, to which he agreed to fix the following Monday. Paid builder full amount in good faith upon completion of the job. Still waiting for the light issue to be resolved... 15/8/15Answer from tradesperson:
I arranged with the customer to go back and sort the issue with the light. Turned up on the agreed date to carry out the repair to find no one home. Unable to carry out repair/replacement of fitting if access is unavailable.

Mr Parkin has helped me out twice with late notice jobs and I have been happy in both occasions. He did a landlords gas safety cert and a remedial repair on my boiler with less that 24 hours notice.
