Phil & Dan came out this morning to replace the back door & kitchen window. They moved like ninjas! I started making my breakfast just after they arrived and I’d barely finished eating when the window had already been installed, shortly followed by the door. I couldn’t believe how fast these guys were. Great guys too, really down to earth and super nice to talk to. Added bonus was they cleaned up after themselves too (unlike my husband;)) I always feel nervous using contractors off websites like this and am usually sceptical of the glowing reviews (worried they might be fake!) but I’m a genuine customer and totally happy with the service today. These guys certainly know what they’re doing!

Ian was very helpful and friendly and came to visit our house to properly measure and quote for the windows which was more than anyone else did. The new windows are excellent, but unfortunately when they were fitted quite a lot of glass, dust and bits of plaster were left throughout the house and on the pavement and road in front of the house. It was disappointing because I had specifically asked if we should prepare for a mess beforehand and was told there wouldn't be any. Overall, we're happy with the new windows but we have more windows to replace and we will be using a different company for them.

Ian kept me informed with the windows availability and adjusted the installation date since the windows arrived a bit early. I received all the paperwork like FENSA, insurance etc following the job. I'll surely be using him again for other windows in my house.
