Sadly the windows were lovely but the mess that was left was very bad . First the fitters came on rainy day ,didn't cover to protect any floor or furniture. Left my carpet ( white ) in a state (needs professional cleaning now). Bashed the windows into the toilet that was new and scratched it badly very deep( and not said they did it). One tile cracked, as well and again left without mentioning . Dropped the toilet brush holder and didn't bother soaking up the bleach water, so the laminate has come up slightly . Put the dirty buckets on top of the bed ( bedding dirty ) . Put the bathroom mat which was on the bath on the floor and made it all dirty and horrible had to buy new one ,but why touching it ? Walls were all covered in black luckily washable paint ,but top stairs scratched so needs repainting. The damage they did and dirt they left I cried all night and was so upset ,just for him to say sorry about that. Bottom line I would not recommend him and luckily just changed 4 windows so will have to look for someone else to do the rest and the door. Only leaving neutral feedback because the actual windows are nice but would not use him .I wish someone put feedback about that not the windows only .
