I have found Sean to be a diligent and hard worker, completing my footpath job on time and budget. I subsequently gave him a further job, slabbing a patio and building a set of steps. This was also completed satisfactorily. The fact that Sean works alone is a plus on smallish jobs such as these. I would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

Sean is the consummate professional, nothing was too much trouble, he is cheerful, quick, and a very hard worker. It was an absolute pleasure to watch him work !! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

We hired Sean for a block driveway, garden wall and brick pillar. The driveway started sinking after a week, the edges are very uneven, big gaps in places, we have areas of pooling water, uneven cuts, blocks too high and blocks too low and the joints not finished properly. It needs to be taken up, re-sanded and relaid. The pillar needs to be ripped down and rebuilt because the workmanship is so POOR. 20mm increase in joint size over a 2m pillar. Mortar all over the bricks. It is so unsightly, it embarrasses me. The wall is OK but not the work of a bricklayer (as we were told Sean was)in places the mortar is very weak and can be rubbed out easily. Different colours of mortar means that the wall looks patchy. Sean did not clean the wall after finishing and there are areas where the joints are huge and finished very poorly. The whole job was left incomplete, we had to get rid of all Seans rubbish, he did not come back to finish off anything. Edges left unfinished, the area was meant to be leveled and finished with a membrane which we paid for. This was not done and we have to do it and pay again for the membrane. We arranged for Sean to come back and discuss a solution yesterday but he did not turn up and no call to let us know he was not coming. Now we can not contact him. Unfortunately our only option now is to take Sean to County Court to sue for the costs of putting right all the problems.

Satisfied with the job completed to requirements. Good work ethics and pleasant to talk to. Would use again and recommend.

Sean did a great job on our new shed. He is a hard worker who was, polite, hardworking and flexible. I would definitely recommend Sean to anyone who asked. The quality of work is exceptional. I will using Sean again on my next home improvement in the near future.

Sean is excellent. We would highly recommend and hope to work with him on many more projects. Sean is a rare find. He's talented, technically proficient and extremely personable. We are thoroughly pleased with the work he has done. In addition he's trustworthy, efficient and forward thinking.

Sean did a great job doing the groundwork and blockwork for our new extension. He worked quickly, and completed it to a high standard. Encouraged by his work on this, we then went on to engage Sean to carry out hard landscaping of our front and rear gardens, and carry out additional building work on the house & garage. We like his friendly "can-do" approach to the work. We would have no hesitation in using Sean again on future projects.

Sean is a great guy, he did a great job. Nothing was too much trouble and good communication. I booked him a few months before the start date and he came on the day agreed. A breath of fresh air. I can't recommend him enough... Thank you Sean.

Sean did a great job for us in hot weather. The work was done exactly as we asked him to do. Really neat and without too much disruption to my lawn. He arrives early, works really hard and is always cheerful. He quoted for the work as labour and materials and that is what we paid, some on day 1 and the rest at the end of the finished job. Would recommend. In fact he is doing more work for us already.

Sean is incredibly good. He has done a fantastic job laying a patio, steps and levelling the garden. He was always on time/early, very communicative so you always know what's going on, and trustworthy. A considerate guy with excellent trade skills. So good, I've invited him back to do more work!
