Add 4 sockets at a small distance from the existing
Quang was called to change the position of a few sockets.
He was not asked to do anything with the antenna socket. However, for some reason, he accidentally cut it too short. As a result, since then, we've got no functioning antenna socket.
One of the sockets that was meant to be moved, was moved fine, but in the original location, he left the exposed cables with a little tape into the wall without a box or cover; a very big risk for future jobs. (They were meant to be plastered like that into the wall, which is not good practice.) Fortunately we spotted that on time and asked him to put the box back and ad a front cover, so that the plasterer doesn't have to deal with exposed cables.
Some of the new sockets we bought to install have both the conventional socket and a USB socket. The USB sockets were not connected.
We didn't ask him at the time to sort out the antenna issue he caused, because we were overall quite disappointed, and we didn't want him to make any further mistakes.
I am very sorry we cannot recommend him. (We've got photos of the above if needed).

Hi. This job was in 2019 and a feedback is only left now in 2023. I do apologise for this if you found the work to be not up to satisfaction of your liking at the time. To be honest I do not remember the job as it was so long ago and if there is anything you want to discuss then please get in touch. This is not the sort of work I carry out as safety is the most important thing for me. If you are reading this my number is 07415 779911. Can you send me some pictures just so that I can jog my memory. And again I do apologise.
