Marcin provided a Periodic Inspection Report for a property we are purchasing. We needed this to be done at short notice and work with the Estate Agent and current owner to fix appointments. I was very impressed with the responsive and flexible service we received and at a reasonable price for a large house.

A very professional approach from Martin and his team. A couple of site surveys were carried out by Martin before his team, led by Lucas, undertook the work. They were extremely hard-working, friendly. helpful and trustworthy. I had no issues with leaving the front door key with Lucas for the week. I was given regular progress reports with details of next day's work by the onsite team and Martin kept in regular contact. Everything went very smoothly and I was very happy employing the services of Martin and his team.

In fact a few things thrown in for free (such as upgrading all electrical switches/sockets to chrome) The team were all very professional and polite and kept out of the way and cleaned up afterwards. We had a complete domestic rewire and modernisation of our 1930s 3 bed house. The work was done quicker then we anticipated and just below budget. Martin and his team were very professional, hardworking, reliable, quick and efficient. They were friendly, polite, helpful and tidied up after themselves. We were kept informed with progress as works were underway. They did a thorough job and we were very pleasantly surprised at how little mess was made. I would highly recommend them.
